Just a head up on the date of the Brantford Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Championships. The date this year is Saturday, November 20th and it is once again at the Sanderson Center.
This year it is a level one and two show.

Just a heads up on ticket prices for the show and whatnot.
The Prejudging is at 11:00am and is $20(tickets sold at the door)

The Finals is at 7:00pm and the tickets are $40.

If you're interested in going to the whole day, there is a special rate of $50 for both shows. Contact me if you are interested.
