For my breakfast if I'm on the go I like to have this :
350ml whole milk
1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
1/2 cup ground oats
1 scoop soya protien (whey makes me feel sick)
1 tbs ground almonds
2 tbs pure honey
1 or 2 tbs of peanut butter
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Now that is lovely, just tastes like a cake mix to me.
Piles of calories and lots of protien.
