Breakfast Shake..!

For my breakfast if I'm on the go I like to have this :

350ml whole milk
1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
1/2 cup ground oats
1 scoop soya protien (whey makes me feel sick)
1 tbs ground almonds
2 tbs pure honey
1 or 2 tbs of peanut butter
1/4 tsp of cinnamon

Now that is lovely, just tastes like a cake mix to me.
Piles of calories and lots of protien.
 
for me mine is:

1 banana
4 scoops of protein (100g)
25-30g oatmeal
handfull frozen berries
3 tbs of peanutbutter OR 3 OZ of olive oil
honey
and sometimes cinnamon too

I add also:

1-2g taurine
3-5g creatine
0.5-1g ALCAR

sill with milk or water and blend


thsi makes 2 servings :-P
 
I'm gonna give it a go, but I won't mix creatine with it.
It ruins drinks for me by making em too chalky... I like to have creatine with about 2 egg cups of water and just shot it back followed by a glass of water.
I'll let you know what I think of yours tomorrow cos the rest of my meals are planned for today ;-)

How Thick does that come out??
 
Nice idea imma give it a shot but ill use fat free milk. I also have a pretty good one kinda similar too this one I use for PWO shake I posted it under oats in my shake thread.
