Officially off cycle, been about 4/5 weeks now, post pct, I never hit 200 but got as cut as fuck, it's hard to complain when you're shredded. Deca was total shit, I cycled it off, then on again, then off again, just to prove myself a point, it kept me lean and vascular, kept my joints and tendons in super elastic mode, but it was hard gaining anything on it, felt like total shit all the time, second I quit, I jumped 20lbs in a month, cycled on, and lost it all, just fell off my body despite having 5000cal diet, unless they mislabeled it or something, it's supposed to make you explode, not lean out. Now despite two shortcomings in one cycle, my strength gains are through the roof atm, just added 50lbs onto my deads today, bringing it up to 275, not bad for a 5RM, and 9 months of powerlifting, plus dropped the bar and went to dumbbells for chest day, it's more convenient, going up 5lbs is easier and faster to rep.
I got pics, I need to find my calipers so I can get my post cycle measurements, legs are almost twice as big, jeans are a bitch to put on and take off, plus got all my weights for all my exercises, just need to rebuild my routine for the 3rd time (sigh), do anywhere from 20-45 sets per day depending on what I'm working out. Gotta thank 3J for the routine, I started at retardedly low weights, like 15lb skullcrushers to 85lb skullcrushers, the way it's built I have infinite room for growth, 50lb overloads for my bentover rows to 90lb overloads, 50lbs feels like I'm picking up a 20lb weight for the first time.
It's crazy too, outside the gym, I'm normal, content, small, don't show much muscle, in the gym is another story, it's like I'm on tren or something, I easily double in size, the flare is unreal, the recovery makes other gym rats look out of shape (I smoke like 3 packs of ciggies a week), and I just don't get tired, like 30s set, 30s set, 30s set, 30s set, drop set, wait 1 min, next workout, 30s set, 30s set, 30s set, 30s set, drop set, next workout, pretty much till I'm done. Quitting smoking, going back on the cardio, and going to clen once my natty gains start to build again.
Forgot to add, I had prolactin build up in my left breast, even started to get it in my right breast, I was sure it was gyno onset, had it for a good 9mths-1 year, sore nipples, lumps, even brushing it would hurt. Post cycle I ran wild yam and fenugreek for a WEEK, instantly gone, I was taking it for a natty test boost, then one day just noticed the lumps were gone, nips no longer hurt, both breasts are almost the same size again, it's fucking awesome, I recommend it over letro any day, why fuck with your body, when you can take organic natural herbs and it can do the same thing, in less time, for less money?
