I have never tried one. But think about how important breathing and having enough oxygen in your body is for you to perform at maximum capacity. So I really can't see a good reason to use one IMO.
I was referring to the altitude training mask . I read some post that had positive reviews. Read some studies that showed no positive training results compared to athletes that train at altitude. The main positive I Read was that the user learns to breath from the diaphragm. Also read that the benefit was not worth the investment. Most of this info was from a cardio point of view. I was curious what if any opinion was from a bodybuilding point of use.
