Brother doing test E - PCThelp

Hey guys,

trying to help my bro out .

Anyways, Hes 25, 6'0, 190lbs
very lean muscular guy, hes been training since he was 14. He WAS 230 lbs but got really sick with some terrible bacteria in his stomach for months, he had to go on some terrible diet and the infection had him left with NO appetite.

This is his first cycle ever and hes going to run a test E only cycle at 500 mg a week for 12 weeks. I read the sticky on post cycle therapy (pct) but I still don't understand it,...
it says to start serm treatment 14-21 days AFTER you're last testy injection...is this because test e is a longer acting ester??

ANd as for the aromasin....how is this beneficial and why would you recommend for it to be used from beggining to end of cycle?

clomid and Nolva combo.
clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/10/10/10/10

This ^^^^^ would be OK for his post cycle therapy (pct) starting at day 14?? Thanks Guys.

You start PCT 2 weeks later because the ester has to clear, like you said. Aromasin will help with estrogen related sides (e.g. gyno, bloat) as it's an aromatase inhibitor (AI). He should have some on hand (or Arimidex) in the event that these things happen.

I'd do the Clomid 50/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/40/20/20

Why isn't he trying to get back to his weight of 230 naturally before running test?

he would prob be ok with just the clomid 50/50/50/50 due to him only running test and no other compounds ...tell him to save the nolva..

you should always have aromasin on hand or some sort of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) ...aromasin helps lower estrogen if it gets to high..alot of people do take it start to finish ...however being first cycle I would try not to that way you can see if the test will give you any sides.......I've been told once you start aromasin you should continue it through pct....someone with a little more knowledge can prob explain in detail why....and yes 14 day from last pin start clomid and yes its because test e is a long ester...

I'm guessing he's impatient? He worked years to get where he was and lost a lot of it...Poor guy looks thin, which looks weird cuz he's always been this muscular guy....he just looks gross...

I'm curious, what kind of bacterial infection in stomach and how did the doctors cure it? Please explain. Antibiotics or just clean diet and probiotics or???

It's technically a suicide inhibitor which binds to the aromatase enzyme and kills it. It is effective at lowering estrogen up to 85%. Once again, you have to watch out for your cholesterol levels.

Also arimadex shouldn't be ran with nolva. Nolva Decreases the effectiveness of arimadex when uses together.

Hey man. I ran Clomid only after my first cycle. 50/50/50/50. That worked out fine for me.

I also ran aromasin at 12.5mg ed for the duration. That seemed to work just fine for me too.


Listen to the guys on here, they really know what they are talking about, they helped me out a lot.
