Brown Rice Vs. White Rice

Well I think that White and brown rice have nearly the same effect on glucose levels that are located in the blood, I think that Brown rice is not only better for you, but it's better for the environment than white rice too.
 
Brown rice is not only better for you, but it's better for the environment than white rice too. Brown rice is definitely the preferred choice because it's easily digested by our body as compared to other grain products (eg: wheat) and some people are allergic to wheat without knowing it (Gluten intolerant). Brown rice also contains nutrients like magnesium, manganese, and zinc. White rice has reduced levels of these nutrients, but is often fortified with iron, and some B vitamins.
