Im getting some mager bruising in my shoulders from shots of Fina?

That's what I was thinking too, or else you went through a vein.

I always hit the rear delt and no probs at all

I get a bruise and sore EVERY time I inject delts. It doesn't matter what it is. Fina, Test, EQ....
It gets sore for a few days, then for about 5-7 days there is a big bruise.

And the needle is not moving, I have my gf do it, so that is not the reason. I dunno??

caladin, if your only injectiing Fina then try some 27g 1/2, those worked perfect for me previously. I've heard of a few people using 28g.

Some peeps simply bruise easier then others.. I doesnt mean you are doing something in an incorrect way, it just means you are more prone to bruising..
