Okay, drink this at bedtime or as a meal replacement..ONLY if u are bulking, or an ectomorph or sumpin!

2 scoops Chocolate MuscleMilk 348 cal, 34 g protein
1 c fat free milk 90 cal, 8 g protein
1 tb natural peanut butter 90 cal, 4 g protein
1/2 frozen banana 40 cal
1 packet equal
1 ice cube

Totals: 568 cal, 46 g protein
 
THe peanut butter is only a table spooon, and you blend it up, so it blends right into the shake.
 
Sounds tasty I will have to try your recipe--I am going to leave out the equal because that stuff is too sweet for my taste.
 
what the hell is chocolacte muscle milk anyway?? can i replace that with something else cause it sunds like a pretty dan good drink

its a protein powder you can buy it at gnc or most health stores. It packs a lot of cals and fat, but it tastes great and helps me bulk!!!!!!
 
PB is GREAT to mix in with any shake

Try some vegtable oil (in moderation of course) to up calories a little more

Honestly, the effects of slight increases or decreases in any hormone levels as a result of external factors like food and diet are not really significant enough to change your results in term of growth.

Case and point, people always talk about how squats and other heavy core exercises promote GH production and raise test levels, but it has been proven that these slight increases aren't enough to make any measurable difference. Although, heavy core movements will get you the most growth :)
