Nice concept but in reality it isn't so. Now days a soldier carries so much gear that bigger stronger guys move a lot faster than small guys. We are carrying body armor, ammo, weapon, water, a pack with small amt of supplies, medical gear. It's insane. You're comment hasn't been true for a long time.
Besides most americans are bigger on average than most foreigners..
