I seem to be one of those who have a bit of trouble building a chest.. and my upper chest.. although I wouldn't say it's lacking compared to the rest of my chest.. It's just not where I want it to be at. I plan on competing next year so I been working hard on getting my lagging bodyparts up to par and the rest of me to what I can. I have a fairly large looking chest when standing in a relaxed anatomical position. (compared to when it becomes flexed with a full muscle pose or something that excentuates the chest.) But when I start to flex it..it just shrinks up. I like to compare my chest to lee priest.. because his chest shrinks up quite a bit when he flexes (but he has ALOT of mass behind it) and his massive arms tend to take over. Which is what happens with me, but I'm easily not nearly as large as him by any means. I am a measily 145..I look about 160-170 (just what I'm told by friends or acquaintences). But as I was saying..I have a lee priest body type(shape at least).. i'm 5'7" so I am a bit taller than him. Can anyone help me with any exercises I could do aside from the most common like the incline dumbbell or barbell presses or flyes. Anything out there I can try.. because I would love to get some more mass..wouldn't we all? heh.
