Do y'all know of anyone who responed better to higher pro vs carb?
Last time I went on a bulk I had high(2.5xbw) pro and seemed to gain more then I am now with high carb.
Just wondering what y'alls opinions are.

2.5g/lb of BW in protein is excessive. Definitely not needed to go that high. Also your gains could have slowed due to getting closer to or further past genetic potential
