Im havin a tough time fiquring out what to do on my next bulking cycle in a couple of weeks. Ive gotten used to eating lean meats and having a realclean diet plan. It sounds like a lot of people just eat anything and everything when runnin a bulker. Which do you prefer why?

Clean healthy foods all year long. I almost never eat sweets, I really do not like them, fast food smells like garbage to me so it is fairly easy to eat clean. Bulking means lots of meat, eggs, milk and fresh vegetables the key to bulking for me is constant grazing, not high calorie junk foods. Stay away from most fruit juices they are loaded with sugar so I consider them junk food. The less processed your food is the better it is.

Ive actually gotten accustomed to eating clean foods, ton of meat eggs etc. same as you. Im not sure why a lot of people say how they eat KFC, McD and all that other shit. I like a lot of whole creamy peanut butter and cottage cheese.

Oh yeah forgot to ask HG. I never seem to leaner around the midsection I think it's from all the fruit I eat. I eat fruit in the morning lunch and with shakes. Could this be the reason my BF is changing?

yes. fruit is fattening. cut it out almost completely. just choose 1 piece for breakfast. i dont even touch fruits.
it is fattening because it spikes your insulin and you dont want this spiked anytime other than post-workout. thats why it is fattening.
