I've been on already for ~16 weeks (precontest + in between contests). I want to take advantage of the post-contest weight gain but since I've already been on for so long I'm wondering if I should just come off after my last contest (in 2 more weeks) or just stay on.
If I stay on I'd probably only do it for another 4-6 weeks post-contest
Any thoughts?
