So I always wanted to bulk and cut in the same cycle but the compounds recommended and the diets recommended even the lifting is all too different. AND YES I KNOW you can cut with ANY compound with a clean diet ....ANYWAY here's how my cycle looked
START
179 pounds 17% body fat age 20
50 mg dbol every day split in 2 doses 3 weeks
TEST- 250 mg Monday and Thursday first 4 weeks
DECA- 150 mg Monday Thursday first 4 weeks
GH-4 ius a day ED
WEEK4-8
TEST-375 mg Monday and Thursday
DECA- 250 mg Monday and Thursday
GH-5 ius Ed
WEEK8-12
TEST -500 mg Monday and Thursday
DECA -400 mg Monday and Thursday
GH-6 ius ED
END RESULT 228 16 percent body fat skin tight from Gh tho

CUT
week 12-20
ANAVAR- 50 mg a day split in 2 doses
TREN A- 100 mg ED
PROP- 250 a week (for sex drive)
MAST-600 mg a week
I am currently on week 17 of this and I have the same mass I did at 228 but I am now 211 at 13% body fat
I will be running clenbuterol for these last 3 weeks carbs very low calories low
My end result I am looking for a clean 205 at 8-10% body fat Almost there guys

I'm with the others on this PICTURES needed to support all of what you say.

Did you say 179 to 228lbs? At your age a young man can gain as much as 20lbs maybe 25lb at most by all science. So no matter what you say about your BF% @ 16 % you are still holding near 20 lbs of water weight.

I'm sorry but I do question some of the stats but of course what do I know with no before and after pics. I also would like to know how long you have been training seriously, sand how often.

I complement you on these awesome gains thinking that if I'm off on some of my assessment of the numbers.

Good luck and really try to get some pics up because we al want to see n congratulate you on your work.

PS: I want to say IMHOP you seem to be putting more emphasis on all the compounds as you have upped and lowered and changed you dosage every few weeks. It is my OP that the training and diet are more what we get our results from then the gear. So more stats and history as wel diet and training info.

OP what is your height? ok lets just say you are 5'10" , well you started your cycle at 179 pounds and 17% bf (which means your out of shape), then that puts you at about 150 pound body weight for a guy that was very in shape, trim and fit with low body fat to begin with

so your carrying the muscle mass of a 150 pound guy ,, which means your a very beginner lifter . you then bulk up to 228 and want to cut down to a very very cut 8% body fat at 205 pounds ! (the level of some of the biggest physique pros) ,, thats 50 pounds of pure muscle in 20 weeks for a 20 year old kid !!!! yeah right , . Thats an epic transformation or total BS

This from Roush is right on^^^ I made a mistake in what I said in the fact of LMM gains. See below

The problem with my post is .... that what I really meant was a man in his 20's can gain as much as 20-25lbs IN ONE YEAR. Not in one cycle. Big difference. Sorry my gross error in my statement .
AS you train and get older the less you are able to gain. Lee Haney only gained net between 2-3 maybe 4 lbs. the last three times he competed in the Olympia. So all this weight as I said is water. And Roush is on point with his assessment.

Pictures bud... :dunno:
