Bulking advice Deca or just Test

Hey guys, need some advice. Want to do a bulking cycle and not sure if I should go with Test/Deca cycle or if I should just do something like T400.

Stats:

21 yrs old
5'7 178
Been working out for 6 years
Diet is in check

Bench 250x8
Squat 200x10
Deadlift 250

Now I know I'm not huge and that doesn't bother me, just trying to gain some size and want to know a good route to go. My past cycle I have done have been as follows:

Sust250 anavar for 3 months PCT Nolva Clomid
TNT400 for 8 weeks (hated it, will never do it again)
Sust250 Dbol for 3 months (only did dbol for 4 weeks as a loading phase)

I've never messed around with Deca and Ive heard its a hell of a cycle when paired with test. Please gimme some advice on dosing and which cycle you would recommend.

Any help is appreciated!

Ok just to recap:
1. You're 21 and have already run THREE cycles
2. You've been working out for 6 years (so since you were 15?)
3. You bench more than you squat (if that's your real bench number...you're close to Elite by strength standards)
4. Yet...you are only Novice level for squat & sub-novice for deadlift?

Questions:
1. Who told you it was a good idea to run gear at your age?
2. What is your training program like, and how long have you been SERIOUSLY training?
3. Is that your real bench number? Eg. touch chest, pause (not bounce) then lock out elbow?
4. Do you have a lower body injury or disability?

I think thats comprehensive list of the first round of questioning. I'm sure there will be plenty more.

Wow... Where to begin. You've already done some cycles and your still where your at... Priorities...

Ya the numbers are all messed up. I did start young and I know i shouldn't have but its too late now, would it be wise to stop for a few years and gain naturally? And yes I'm pretty strong for a little guy. I can dead lift a lot and squats i can't do lots of either, but bench is spot on. I know guys flame 19,20,21 year olds but I'm in the gym literally every day and was looking to see what was out there. Give me your honest opinion of what to do, stop now for a little while or do another cycle? Thanks

I have been working out seriously for 4 years, heavier weights and different programs for mass and leaning out. The bench number i honestly don't find to be that much, like I said, thats what I bench. And the reason I have such a weak lower is that I neglected my legs for a while so just trying to get back on track for that. And yes my bench is down, pause, back up. I work in a place where appearance an being fit means everything, guys got me on the juice early and wasn't sure what too do so I just did it. Then started researching and thought I should ask someone that actually knows what there talking about.

The bench seems like a lot because your squat and deadlift numbers are literally pathetic. Also, 250 is an odd number based on 5 & 10 pound plates, which is why I immediately questioned it.

I would get your test levels checked once you've been post-PCT for a few months, and see how things look. If you're lucky you haven't fucked yourself too badly in that department.

Another reason we all recommend waiting to use AAS is the premature closure of your growth plates. I hate to tell you this, but 5'7 puts you in manlet territory, and having done two cycles there's a pretty good chance you aren't going to get any taller. (Of course being 21 makes that unlikely at this stage, but at 18 or 19 there would've still been a potential for a few more inches)

There are legit studies that back the fact that taller people -generally- do better in life. Your short stature may never impact you, but it could.

You basically nailed what I was thinking. He squats LESS than his bench. And 200lbs. My Mom does that. I have a feeling the OP wears a wife beater, and curls an empty barbell IN MY SQUAT RACK! GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! The rest, I'll let you guys deal with. I can just see these skinny little guys taking up every squat rack there is, and myself politely (and I am polite), scaring them out of the damned thing so I can squat, then go home.

1. Buy some creatine.

2. Stay away from my squat rack doing barbell curls!

3. Deca? Read #1.

Thanks man, that helps a ton. I might stay away from them for a while. Don't wanna mess myself up this young in life. Thanks to everyone who commented

I'll try not to give you a hard time, and this isn't going to be what you want to hear but try to see a doctor and get everything check out before you jump on gear again, stick around people here will help you a lot.

Thanks bud. I seem to be ok, I appreciate ya not giving me a hard time. Just trying to learn and guess I did it the wrong way. Ill go get checked and update everyone on how I make out. Like I said my libido is strong and isn't shut down at all, and I seem to be a lot more energetic OFF the gear. Not sure why that is. But thanks everyone! Helps a ton. Ill listen for sure.

250x8 would put you 1RM at what?... Id say >=330lbs.

Using Wendler's math (which seems pretty spot on) ---> (250 x 8 x 0.0333) + 250 = 1RM of 316.6

Not bad for a little shrimp, but he may not have the stabilizing muscles for 300+ since he's quoting a rep max.

Too young. I was 6'4" at your age, benching 365 and pulling 505, all natural with creatine and ridiculous amounts of college food. Get clean, go natural for 2-3 years and get to a natural plateau, reading sources on sources around the AAS net and then you'll be ready to dominate.
