Bulking and EGGS

Guys just need a little bit of advice here. Ive just finished my first show and so im looking forward to bulking once again. My trainer has given me to meals (breakfast and before bed) that have 4 eggs in each. He says i should eat whole eggs not egg whites. Is this wise? then again, i am bulking....heheh

Whole eggs are best for bulking, yes there is more fat in the yolk, but there is a lot of protein in the yolk as well, and eggs are one of the best bulking foods. I eat a lot of whole eggs myself and my cholesterol is in the healthy range.
