rome wasnt built in a day
Just wondering opinions.
Im just barely 5'9, 184lbs.
Around 10-12% body fat. All of which is in my midsection.
I am in the process of bulking but I'm going on a cruise this winter and dont want to be gaining much fat.
I know you really can't bulk and cut at the same time, but I was wondering if I lift to bulk earlier in the day, say around 11am and then do serious cardio at night, about an hr or 500-700 calories will I still gain any weight?
I dont mind losing some weight if it is fat, and I know trying to bulk is going to be more difficult but if I can continue to get stronger and slowly gain muscle while losing body fat that would be ideal.
Im not worried if it take me 10 times longer to do.
What are your thoughts or suggestions on this?
