"bulking" cycle and clen

Ok, I'm going to start my first cycle.

Weeks1-10: 400mg test enanthate
Weeks 12-14: clomid post cycle therapy (pct) 300/100/50

Now, I got 2 weeks supply of clen free with my gear. I would like to know when I should take it in order to aid in a bit of fat loss after my cycle. I will be taking an ECA after I'm done the 2 weeks of clen.

I can't find any definitive answers on this and you guys here have got to be able to help me out! :)

O.k well it all depends on your goals bro?

I am on post cycle therapy (pct) right now and I am using clomid and clen....running the clen at about 100mcg/ed 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Along with the traditional clomid therapy.

I have kept all my gains soo far and I am 5 weeks out.

Just remember though....I wouldn't start cutting right after your cycle is done...wait like 4-6 weeks so that your body can get used to carrying that extra body weight around and keep those calories high!!

Gain about 10 lbs on this cycle while trying to maintain my present BF levels. (~14%).

I have heard to start it when I start my PCT.... any truths to that?

yeah you can start it when you start your PCT.....just run it for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but I am sure you know that by now.

Good luck. It has worked awsome for me...strength weight is still all there, except I am not that full no more but that's just from water retention....fuck I miss water retention:40oz: :p
 
I'll probably be taking an anti-e to help with the water retention... I'm not a big fan of it.... lol Although I know it can help ya look a little bigger :D
 
Post cycle, you'll want to keep your calories high so that you don't lose any of the hard earned gains while on Clomid. I would save the clen for the next time you want to run a cutting cycle.


BTW, you should be able to gain well over 10lbs with this cycle. Keep your calories (especially protein) up and you'll grow like a weed!
