Hi!
Recently my GF has had health problems, nothing too serious but she is 5'4 and about 90lbs wet as the doctor just weighed her today.
She does not work out...I am woriking on that.
She DOES eat, and has a very good appetite. She could eat me under the table any day. She just doesn't seem to be able to put weight on. She has a decent amount of stress, which may have to do with recent weight fluctuation. She used to average around 98 pounds or so and today was 88 at the doctors.
My suggestions were to start working with weights 3xs per week, protein shakes post workout and home made weight gainer shakes every day. Nothing extreme, whey protein with milk, peanut butter, a bannana. Also I am going to make sure she has at least 1 - 1.5 g of protein per pound of LBM.
Please let me know if this is the right way to go about it. Obviously she is an ectomorph and before ignorant people start saying she is anorexic, she is NOT.
