bulking ratio / / /

I don't think there are any ideal ratios for bulking but I don't think you can go wrong with sticking to whole foods. By doing this you can let the ratios take care of themselves.

Eat plenty of meats, whole eggs, fish, green veggies, cottage cheese, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and drink whole milk and quality protein shakes. Eating like this is high protein, low-moderate carb and moderate fat. Up your carbs a couple of days per week either on the weekends or once every 3-4 days.

I could not have said it better myself/zig zag your diet, on heavy workout days up the carbs a bit

I do 50/25/25 all year around. I keep the macros the same whether I'm bulking or cutting, I just adjust my cals accordingly.

There is no magic number that works for everyone. I had to experiment to find what my body responded to the best.

Just eat till you grow, if you find yourself getting a lil too fat decrease fat, if it persists decrease carbs too, you got to find your sweet spot

Rookie i've told you - You just need to stop worrying and eat. If your so interested in having a plan together get an expert to help you.

There's nothing wrong with the percentage - It is more based on that individual than anything. However in the case with Mass Rookie he try's to Over Analyze everything. Its a pretty simple formula (Eat + Train + Sleep = Growth) there's no secret formula thats it.

I hate when that happens. We all do it from time to time though. Get caught up in how many grams of this or that we are getting and start to obsess.

Cut yourself some slack, Rookie.
