Bulking shakes - please critique

Just have a quick question. I'm bulking for a while now, here are the shakes I came up with. (this is not my full diet, only the protein shakes... :D)

Breakfast - 8oz fatfree milk + 1-2 scoops Muscle Milk Mocha Joe

Post workout - 8oz fatfree milk + 1 full egg 1 white + some whip cream + 4-5 scoops HDT Solid Gains Chocolate (http://www.cheapvitamins.com/productDesc.aspx?prodId=409)

Bedtime - 8oz fatfree milk + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil + 1 teaspoon peanut butter + 2-4 scoops HDT Solid Gains Chocolate

Pleaes critique these and let me know what you think. Thanks
 
Why the fat free milk? Why not whole milk? If you are bulking and working out hard and heavy the extra fat and calories will be helpful.

That is a good idea--I need to start doing that as well. Even though it is summer I am still consuming bulking shakes, I am trying to maintain my weight as long as possible before I try to get leaner.

Exactly , y in the hell use fat free milk , you are tryin go gain mass , your not on a diet, your "BULKING" which means stuff as much bulky shit down in your gutt as possible !!
