bulking when on a hectic workout schedule?

Hey guys,

Question about bulking. I can't go to the gym on a regular basis, so it usually happens one day a week with 2 days on the weekend. How do you change up your bulking meals when you cannot regularly go to the gym?
 
Always 3 days a week, but it is usually a fri,sat,sun type deal, and mon-thurs I dont do any exercise. Not the best plan but right now it is all I got. Will this make a huge difference when trying to bulk?
 
I have the same problem, between working 40 hours and school another 40 hours I can go to the gym only thur, fri, sat, sun ( and Thursday I barley make it) but since you're bulking it should make it easier I think.

You're in the gym less you're burning less calories. Keeping more weight.



I'm 6'3 225-230lbs I can start gaining at low calories for my size.

Cycle your carbs. On the off days try n keep your carbs low and when you train bump up the carbs a bit.

Off days maybe like 50-100 carbs
On days 200-250 carbs
This is if your looking for a clean bulk.

If you're looking for a dirty bulk fucking eat everything.
