Bulking without BellyFat??

Ok...probably the age old question I have is...

How the fcuk do I keep bulking up without gaining alot of belly fat. Im sick of getting bigger...and getting a pot belly along with it. I mean...my calorie and protein intake HAVE TO be high. So what can i do to cut back or maybe burn some fat without too much cardio and or changing my diet around?

**Please..no answers that just say...JUICE!**..lol...I know that already.

figure our your bmr/tdee (if you go to the link in my sig, the formula is in the first post)...

start eating at your tdee.. if you gain anything more then 1lbs a week.. cut 200 calories from your diet a week untill ur at a 1lb a week gain.. if your doing it right only about 20% of that 1lb will be fat.. and that will be the leanest way to bulk and not juice...
