Burning fat + Maintaining/Building muscle

Hey Guys,

Let me start off with a few stats...
Height: 6 Feet, Weight: 193, Age: 23

I've just finished a 13 week cycle of Test-E @ 500mg/week. I just completed 3 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct). I gained 20 pounds throughout the cycle and managed to keep 12. Now I'm wondering when I can start my next cycle?

My last cycle was purely meant for bulking and this cycle I want tighten everything up by burning as much fat as possible. I have some excess fat that I want to lose and I don't want to lose any muscle while getting rid of it. Best case scenario would be putting on muscle while burning fat at the same time.

I think my next cycle will probably be a stack of Test-E and Anavar. How do you guys think I should stack it? I'm thinking:

Weeks 1-10: Test-E @ 500mg (or 600mg)
Weeks 4-10: Anavar @ 40 (or 50mg)
PCT

When is a safe time for me to start this 2nd cycle?

your cycle, 13 weeks plus your post cycle therapy (pct) im guessing 4 weeks, add that up its 17 weeks. You should wait 17 long weeks my brotha. Time on should equal the time you spend off and then blood work will only reveal the whole truth.
 
What?? Seriously? Wow, I can't believe I hadn't looked into this before hand. Well I guess it wasn't really ever an issue for me until now. Well I'm glad to know that. I feel like such a noob again lol. Looks like I'll just be bumping up the cardio a lil more for now.

Any suggestions for burning fat without losing muscle that may help? I've always believed that the main way to burn fat is through burning calories via cardio, which will also take away from your energy/calories to build/maintain muscle. How do you guys see it? Can I effectively burn fat and not lose the muscle I have worked hard to gain?
 
low inpact cardio keep heart rate between 135 -140 max for say 20 mins u could also take a small amount of protien pre and post zero carb protien
 
If you just came off cycle be careful how much cardio you're doing. Your body is in a catabolic state afterwards and you could possibly lose some muscle if you over do it.
 
Awesome advice guys. Thanks. Any advice on diet to best achieve my goals...in terms of carb, protein and fat intake? I was thinking of cutting carbs off at about 5pm everyday.

I like am cardio for about 30 minutes after taking 5 or 10 gram bcaa's and 5 or 10 gm glutamine to help save muscle. Eat nothing else before cardio.
