Buying Testosterone enanthate online is illegal?

There is no Test-E in my country. But i have a prescription for Nebido. But i dont want to use that. I want to use Test-E or Test-C. Is it illegal to buy Test-E online for me in this case? My doctor tells me you can buy them if you want. He didnt think it is illegal.
