I take 2 - ZMA (450mg of Magnesium, 30mg of Zinc Total) capsules before bed, but I was doing some research on supplements today, and read...
"Do not take anything that has calcium in it with zma! Calcium competes ferociously with the absorption of it!"
Obviously my multivitamin contains calcium (125mg), is this substanial in affecting the absorption of the ZMA? I don't really see it affecting it too much, but if the benefits of chosing a differnment Multi is recommended then I will do that. I love my ZMA!!
