Call me too young or just stupid.

I am a 19 y/o male looking to start some sort of cycle within the next few weeks and atm i am unaware of what to take
I know for posting this and only being 19 i am going to get stick for saying that i am going to take steroids, but rather than the stick please help?
I have tried dieting/cardio but found it very hard to tighten up. I was able to put mass on but it was not anything special. I know there isnt a steroid which "strips fat and builds muscle" but i just want some info and your knowledge on what i could take for my first time. I am not looking to become huge in anyway i just want to have a good body - V back, tight core and chest with bigger arms. I currently am in the gym 4 - 5 times a week doing a mix of cardio and weight training and i also cycle often and i keep a fairly healthy diet.
My question to you is, what is it that i can take to help me with my progress and what to take after the cycle?

Winstrol? Dianabol? What?

Ps. I would rather take oral steroids rather then injecting myself.

oh boy prepared to be flamed. not by mw but by others. ill try be nice. first your 19, you could really mess yourself up, possibly stopping your natty test earlier in life. next whats your stats. ie your height weight bf diet and routine in detail.
next if ur going to do ur first cycle u would be much better off doing injectables. they are much easier on your liver. personally I would recommend trying to put on some size through diet. stepping up your calories and becoming dedicatd to your diet and training for the next 4-5yrs.
once you have reached maturity and gotten much closer to your genetic potential for a first cycle I would run test-e for 500 mg/week for 12 weeks along with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like aromatase for 15 weeks. once you finish your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you can begin your pct, a nolva/clomid combo.

but like I stated above, your best bet would be to try and gain some weight and size by becoming more dedicated to your diet and training.. good luck bro
 
The ONLY thing we can tell you regarding any steroids is to wait. YOU ARE TOO YOUNG! Anyone that says anything different is an idiot. My guess is you just need to eat more. Go read through the diet threads and research workout routines. If you're not eating enough, it doesn't matter how hard you train, you will not build muscle. It's a real simple equation, Lift Eat Grow is all you need to know. If you are still interested in steroids, go post your questions on the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) page. I'm not even going to go into the whole oral only thing.

Sorry kid, but the stick is all you get. Trust us, it's for your own good.
 
If you can't get big without steroids, you will not get big with them either. Steroids are used to get on another level, not to skip all the hard work. You need to have a strong base first, you'll get injured without it.

I'm not gonna tell you that you're too young, you know that well yourself. Best thing to do is to start reading those stickies in this forum section. Hopefully you'll realize the risk and wait few more years.

Not resorting to name calling here but your idea is flawed. The only weight any sort of AAS will give you is water weight (assuming its an aromatizing compound) without proper diet and training. The magic does not happen in the needle or the pin, it happens in the kitchen, in the gym, and in your bed while you recover (and hopefully banging chicks like a 19yo should be doing). You will not see any keepable gains unless your diet and training are both taken as seriously as your consideration to use AAS. On top of that you say you want orals not injectables which tells me you still have a lot to learn and/or are scared of pinning. Lastly you say you don't want to get huge, just an athletic build which is more than attainable through diet and exercise alone. And lastly lastly you are seriously too young to consider going down this route, I just purchased a copy of Anabolics and the side effects it lists especially for teens are not something to just brush off.

You're best bet in the meantime is to nail down your training and diet so when you hit 24-25+yo and should you decide to use AAS at that time, you will be ready for it. Either here or in the diet section, post up your stats, TDEE, BMR, your diet with macro and calorie totals, and your training program. I will almost guarantee you when you out it up you'll find many members willing to help critique it constructively (no flaming no name calling) and if you seriously stick with the changes you'll get the physique you desire in a much safer and healthier way.
 
I am not going to bash you but I will gladly tell you that you are too young and you need to wait. Eat more and lift heavy.
 
Enjoy your naturally high test level while you can young man...lift, eat, and lift some more, that shiuld e your game plan at this point.
 
if nothing else and you think we are all the dumb ones for telling you that you are to young get a blood test and post your results. eat good for one day, hit the gym, and get a ton of sleep. next day get your blood test done for test levels.

if it come back at 300 then your body sucks and you might want to look at some test........but it probably will not and you will see you just need to eat more and work out harder and get better sleep habbits....... and not hit so many house parties (man i miss the house parties)
 
Doc pretty much summed up everything I was thinking of saying. Lol. Hate when he does that. Ha. Seriously though, you have been warned. Follow the advice here. When you say you do dieting and cardio, what exactly does that diet look like. Be honest and post your diet in the diet forum and let our members take a look at it. For what results you are looking for, this can be easily obtained with a good diet and training. As for training, I would look in to the 531 program by Jim Wendler or the 5X5. You are too young. Your body is your temple. Take care of it and it will take care of you. Good luck!!
 
dude im 22 now and i started my prohomones when i was like 17 and they were ok and shut me down and the normal shit but the REAL reason people tell you your too young is the mental. no not roid rage thats bull shit i was 225lbs of solid muscle and wouldnt hurt a fly even if you talking shit but when you get off your hormones are imbalanced and dude you will have INTENSE mood swings i would be depressed then happy then lonely and sad shit was weird. that being said i do not regret my cycle but its also because i was and still am very into bodybuilding. good luck and be carful the post cycle mental shit is not something to be taken lightly
 
do you think these 1 post guys with the standard "i am young as hell and want to get on some shit" questions are just the old heads on here with like 4000 post that just opened a new account real quik, just to mess with everyone?
 
fuck it, ima probably get flamed for this but you're an adult, and you make your own decision, like everyone said you're too young, but if you do decide you want to run it and theres no convincing you other wise, test should be a base, but if you're scared of pinning, go with anavar, (yes i did just suggest anavar only cycle), it will shut you down, but its very mild.... also you'll still need pct, im hoping by running something like anavar you'll see good results, but hopefully you'll wonder how much better results you can get and actually run test

The problem is not mental, it's physical. No, your nuts will not turn brown and fall off, blood will not come out of your ears, and you will likely feel fine on and after your cycle, but messing with your HPGA at that age will mess it up. You may not have any problems for years, but the risks are just too great. Imagine spending a ton of money having your car painted exactly the way you're always dreamed, Then once it's done, take it out on the freeway before the paint dries. The next day, it will be all fucked up, and dry. No changing it now, it's that way for good, all because you couldn't wait until it was ready. That's the problem, when you mess with the HPGA before it's fully cured, you mess it up and it stays messed up, for good. Life is long dude, you have plenty of time to do all of the stupid shit there is to do in life. Maybe you should get a giant power rangers tattoo on your back, I'm sure you'll never regret that either.
 
I'm gonna say your uneducated. Nobodys stupid but at 19yrs old I thought I was smart and knew how to workout. Now looking back yea I was a dumbass!
 
meloyelo7337 - no this is genuine, i am a 19 y/o looking for almost a "boost".
Many of you are asking about my diet and i would say i dont exactly have a diet plan - "i dont count calories and what not. I eat healthy and stay away from beer, junk food and junk drink.
I have 4 - 5 medium meals daily based on chicken and turkey sometimes with rice other times with salad and my first meal of the day is often egg whites. I also get a few fish steaks in there throughout the week. I drink milk but mostly water. I knew i was going to get twated for posting what i did but all i want is the correct i formation regards what to take as a first timer and what to take post the cycle. I would much rather have you guys help me than me just buy something online myself with not alot of knowledge. How would you guys of replied if i said i was in my late 20s?
I dont want to take steroids because im lazy, i just want that boost. I work out daily and do keep fot activities. What do you guys think of my diet? Alot of you guys mention test. Is this just running test on its own?
