Calorie deficit when cutting on chems question

I guess my question is I have always heard no more than 2 lbs per week fat loss or your losing mass. But if your eating alot of protein and taking test and other chems you shouldn't be catabolic, so does that mean you could do extra cardio and eat at like a 1000 calorie deficit and lose the fat faster why maintaining your mass?
 
the positive nitrogen retention that you speak of from steroids will retard muscle breakdown, not completely stop it... stronger compounds, like tren, will do a better job of this then others...
