Calories On A Bulking Cycle

22 calories per pound will be fine on training days, i eat more then that on training days.

then lower your calories by 500-750 on non training days

dont worry about fat if you want to bulk your going to add a little fat if your adding too much then lower your calories, remember as you add weight add more calories.

did you even watch the video i put in here?

I added it to my favorites, as I don't have the time to watch it now, but thanks anyway.
By the way, I know it sounds a little newbie, but on which day does the body utilizes more food for hypertrophy? on a training day or on a resting day?

your body uses more calories on training day, because your burning more calories.

if your maintainance weight is 3000 calories you will be fine for 4000 on training days. then drop it back to 3500 on non training days. your going to add a little fat if its too much then adjust the numbers, nobody but you will know how the diet works for you only you when you get on it, its all trial and error.

the more meals you eat the more calories your body burns, so 6+ a day is good, 8 if you can manage them. that video will help you alot. give it a watch when you can. its a long one and when i first put it on i said to myself no way am i sitting all this time, but i was hooked soon as i started watching it and i sat and watched it all. he's been a succesful pro and he knows what he is talking about.

I know that you burn more calories on training days, but does the body build more muscle on those days?
I'll watch it for sure by the way.

take measurements first thing in the morning from tomorrow and from tomorrow add 200 calories to your diet, then at the same time /day next week take measurements and weight again and see what your results are. if you havn't gained much add more calories.

if your going up by 1lbs a week and not gaining much fat then your doing well.
