Does anyone know of a site where I can get this type of information on most food items. I know I can get some infor from the cantainers, but I'm hoping there is another way.
here's a couple good sites. Personally, I like the second one best cause it can be sorted by Protein, carbs, or what ever you are looking for, but they are both pretty good.
