cals and protein

would you still get good gains (bulking cycle) if you consumed 5000cals on non training days and less protein and on training days less cals and 300grms of protein? or does the cals and protein need to be consumed everyday at high rates to get big?

EVERY DAY. your body will b using the cals and protein to rebuild itself whether on a training day or a rest day. your hsould also be taking a protein shake rite after workout, that is when your body needs the fast absorbing protein the most.
