Can anyone help me bulk up?

All right guys, I seem to be stuck at 144lbm and am having trouble gaining any kind of muscle mass afterwords. I got a mass gainer to add to my diet during the day, the good news is that I gained 5lbs. The bad news is that it was entirely fat. Other things that I have done to gain past this amount is change up my workouts (I went from high rep low weight to low rep high weight) and it really hasnt made a difference at all.

Does anyone have any advice for how I can get over this plateau. It is about 15lbs higher of mass from when I started working out but I still feel like I can do better and more than this.

Best thing to do is EAT. lots of carbs, protein, and moderate fats. I started at 185 2 years ago, im now sitting at 230. I went from 185-210 naturally. Just alot of eating brother. I also recommend the 5x5 system or dorian yates blood and guts. I have found both to be amazing workouts. Dont rely too heavily on the mass gainers, just eat eat eat
 
If you can afford it, the best way to go honestly is 3j. He'll hook you up with a diet designed for you and has a cool workout he recommends also. Its definitely worth it

For reals: You have to put as much effort into it as you do cutting. You've got to be a bit uncomfortably full all the time. All the time. Pain and consistency. I like the high carbs and protein for gaining too. Good luck!

yup.. if your having a hard time gaining weight a sports nutritionist like myself can help you overcome that pretty easily.. its just about getting enough calories (at least the right calories lol) and having a spot on routine..

mass gainers are no good most are 800-1,000 cal its too much liquid calories at once your body shits most of it out. if you ate 800 cal per meal then your body has too break down and digest everything. solid food all day everyday a regular protein shake after working out and maybe a slow digesting protein like casein before bed. most of your cal should be solid food
 
mass gainers?? wtf is that?? OHH you mean a shit ton of lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats... yea i know that.. its called true bulking.. lol

Yea I figured this out because all it did was cause me to get fat lol.

Thanks for the tips guys, I do sit mostly full all day long. After gaining my innitial pounds I am finding it harder and harder to gain anything. Ill contact 3J and see if that is an option.
 
You didn't talk about your roid use at all. If you're cycling please avoid the temptation for massive doses of anything right now. Keep your cycles simple. If you start a great 3j diet, your body will figure out what to do with just the right ammount of Test. Massive, long, or complicated cycles of steroids at this point in your development will just fuck you up. IMHO.

Hey man I am currently not cycling anything right now other than creatine and a multi vitamin. I am enlisting 3J to help me out, but thank you for the heads up!
