Clomid will only stimulate the HPTA once the gear has left the system. Proviron will work, but not in the same way HCG work. HCG is your best choice mid cycle, as it can revert or prevent your testicles from shrinking and give you libido a boost. Proviron will only increase your sex drive. 50-100mg should work.

It only works after gear has left the system? What about when using long esters such as Deca?
Proviron will help, but it wont have an anabolic effect wuld it....at least not noticeable....correct?

Proviron doesnt have any anabolic properties.

The same applies...Clomid will not work on your HPTA until the deca or any other steroid have left your system.
