Hey Everyone! My name is Olive. For the last 5 months, I have been going to the gym to maintain my body and reduce excess fat. I have been taking whey protein. Yesterday, my trainer told me to start taking steroids as it will help me to maintain my body with a good physique. But I recently went to a Homeopathic doctor for my Allergy treatment. If I start taking these steroids, will it affect my condition or make it worse? Has anyone had this kind of experience with steroids?
