Can not lift for several days...

What are some exercises I can just do without weights.
Crunches, pushups...
what else??

pull-ups, dips there is always something around that can be used to do either of these exercises.

i agree with takeing a break , if youve been lifting for a considerable amount of time a few days off will do more good than harm .
