Can someone post a pre-cycle bloodwork link? Sticky one doesnt seem to include all

The female panel in the sticky (privatemdlabs.com/lp/Female_Hormone_Testing.php) for pre-cycle doesn't seem to include everything that they say it needs to. Can someone confirm this is all I need still?

Female Hormone Testing Panel contains the following tests:
Estradiol, Serum
Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
Testosterone, Serum (Total Only)
Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Comprehensive ********* Profile

The Hormone Panel for Males is more comprehensive but it costs more. That is another good option.

I had a question about fasting for this test. Is it really necessary? It's not clear from what I've researched...just wanted to make sure. I work night work and it'll be kind of tricky to fast. Otherwise they're relatively close to me and I can walk right in.

Fasting will only affec your glucose reading.
