Can you indentify these two bodybuilders?

Does anyone know the name of these two im guessing amature bodybuilders? No homo, but I like both of there physiques in different kinda ways. The first guy has got the mass while staying lean, VERY lean, the second guy has the small guy lean look with very large arms proportion wise. I'd like to look these guys up and see some training/diets that they use.

What do you guys thing, which physique do you prefer?
