As title I have a complete protein which contains 7.5g of mono per serving and take 2 servings a day I also have ethyl ester tablets 2g per tab
I used to take 4 ethyl ester pre and 4 post work out but have just bought the complete protein
Can I continue taking the ethyl ester or should I just use thes protein with out the ethyl?

Appoligies for the noob question but am I have red somewhere you should keep your creatine intake to 15g a day but not sure if its the same for different type
Cheers

IMO creatine is the most talk about otc supp ever. So many back in the day swore you had to load it and soon they came back saying it wasn't needed. I think for some it's per individual. I myself see the most benefits when on creatine mono taking 10 grams every day. 5 pre and 5 post workout. However I bloat of it. I tried creatine nitrate by APS last year and saw same results without the bloating. I don't see mixing those two as bad so long as your not over doing it.

Thanks for the replies
I was more concerned about the amount of creatine as I thought over 15g a day was too much?
To be honest I have never tried mono I never used to use any creatine but jumped onto ethyl ester and I found it to be great I get I nice wee kick type feeling pre work out and get good solid muscle pumps but maybe that's just me. I tried kre-alkalne but honestly thought that was a waste of money I didn't feel much off it. My complete protein has mono in it so I think I will stop the ethyl just now and see how it goes
Thanks again

Yeah if I were you I'd stop the ethyl ester and just go with the mono. To be honest you don't need more than 5g a day anyway. Personally I always found mono worked better for me than CEE anyway and according to this study much more of the CEE gets broken down in stomach acid than with mono and muscle creatine levels rise more slowly also - is creatine ethyl ester better than creatine monohydrate

CEE is bunk, I wouldn't waste your time on it. Studies have proven monohydrate time and time again, why not use it? It's the cheapest form to boot!

After a month of 5g a day intramuscular creatine saturation can be maintained at about 6-8g total per week.

But, if your on cycle I'd stick with 5g every day for the synergistic effects.

Creatine nitrate is essentially just creatine + nitrates. Nitrates are proven to be effective at vasodilation, so they provide a badass pump while you also get the benefits of the creatine. It does give some people headaches though. It's a great alternative to a stim free pre-workout product really.
