picked up a bunch of kirkland canned salmons in costco the other day. i made a sandwich by mixing it with some low fat mayo, lemon juice and hot sauce. it was kind of like a tuna but without the fishiness and more moist. i am very happy with it. ill try a few things to make it a little more tasty but it was a success if anyone is interested in a tuna alternative.
it says the serving is 2 oz and the can has 2.5 servings. so if you are eating one full can multiply those numbers by 2.5.
