People do...I don't.
Greetings to all,
Heres my situation. It suckz...but here it is. I've been out of the gym for awhile due to various reasons. And I wanna get back in it really bad. The only thing is I don't have the money right now. So you can say Im on a tight budget.
To make a long story short...Since i cant join a gym...I'v been planning on bying weights to use in my house. As of now the only weights I have and that i am using is a long bar with a couple of plates on it..so that i can do deadlifts, rows, and shrugs. So im guessing that takes care of back for now. And i also have a cambered bar for my biceps.
I dont have enough money for a real bench press machine...so i thought i'd invest in a regular flat bench that can turn into incline and decline as well.
My question is.....Is there anything other piece of equipment i can buy for now, so that i can have a half-way decent workout in my own home? I'd like to stick with simple..multi-joint...old school workouts being that i beleive they are more effective in putting on mass.
Any input would be greatly appreciated,
Thanx
