Hey everybody!

I've been training 6-7 years naturally and as I age the dark side is looking tempting to me. 5'8 165 lbs currently (been as high as a pretty chunky 230 though lol), bench/squat/dead are 265/355/455. Not bad considering I walked into my first gym 125 lbs soaking wet with work boots on. I couldn't bench 95 lbs for five reps haha.
