Well I forgot to post here on day one, but I figured better late than never. I’m looking to start my first cycle next month. My plan is the beginners cycle that has been posted here close to a million times every time someone new jumps in asking for advice. So I’m going to take that advice lol.

250 mg test E 2x a week 1-12
250iu HCG 2x a week 1-14
.25 arimidex week 1-2
.5 arimidex 3-14(same day EW I’m assuming)
clomid 50mg 14-18
Nolvadex 20mg 14-18

Also plan to keep Exemestane on hand just in case of bunk arimidex
Also using lab max to at least make sure the clomid and nolvadex aren’t completely bunk
(I’m still new, so I don’t honestly trust my source 100%. He is a great friend, but not as big as I would suspect a source for steroids to be lol, so I’m taking no chances here.)
I’ve put days into reading the newbie horror stories, and have no intention of adding to them.
Getting female panel from privatemdlabs done next week, then at week 7, again at 15.

Using an app to weigh and track macros and calories to make sure I’m getting adequate nutrition

Squat-355(I hate squats and never really go down to a low rep range lol, but hey I still do them.)

Hopefully that covers everything, and shows what I’ve learned. By all means I would still love new advice, but I’m getting tired of enhancing my brain rather than my body. I’m Jk I’m a science teacher lol!
 
I haven't found a squat position I like. I try to use heavy deadlifts and extension/curls. Front squat/back squat, wide middle and narrow stance, power through heals and on toes . . . I don't EVER feel good squating.

Anyway seen ya around. Intros are always good. :-)

Squats ... I'm an ecto... with skinny legs. MY friends doin 405 plus and me at 350. But I learned to like them. However ya really gotta find your nitch, your sweet spot. Back then it was the floor for me. But there is a very strict technique to squatting I found and some just never get it. TO get to learn good squatting a good and experienced squat spotter will help you find the spot. You have no fear with a good spotter , you can go down get off balance, give out and the one thing you know is WE ARE COMING UP together. Ha, I love it ....... well I used to love it. :(

Man sooo great you are just taking in and going to do the beginner's cycle here. :dance2:

Please keep us updated and all the goes with a log man.... we like to see that and it's a great place to keep your own log.

OP make sure you get BW, ok man. Control your E2 , eat, train like a beast get good rest and around week 5-6 you will really feel the difference if not before.

I will definitely get blood work next week lol. Hey and I really appreciate how much you all do for the guys on this forum. I actually bought steroids about 5 years ago when I was 20. I was seriously about to just start in on a bottle of Winny tabs, but decided against it luckily and gave them away. I actually came here on a whim because I decided to try a cycle with a fellow teacher/coach. I thought I knew what I was doing, but have realized here that I was very wrong. I am extremely grateful for people here keeping me from ***ning making some BIG mistakes! Also will definitely keep a log.
