how low do you guys get on your "low carb" days?

I have been aiming for around 60 carbs total.
 
Ive been trying to keep it around 70 grams everyday and then one day out of the week have a high carb day?
 
I'm still trying to figure it out lol. It's so hard for me to count cals with my work life. What would be a good low carb diet for some one trying to drop about 20lbs of body fat?
 
Im a fan of clean eating, and consistency. In the gym and on the diet. A lot of times your playing mind games, at least I am, and thinking to yourself "im not loosing any weight" or things like that. But as long as you stick to the fitness path you will get there...

how was that philosophical explanation for you ahha
