hey guys just some quick info
Meal times
6:30am
9:30am
12:30pm
workout 2:30pm (sip my pwo shake through lift and after)
finish gym at about 4:00-:415
pwo meal at about 5:00 or 5:15pm
last meal 8:30pm
i usually have the bulk of my carbs in meals 1-3 and my intra/ post workout shake (dextrose) so if im shooting for 175g carbs that day i would split like this
meal 1- 55g
meal 2- 30g
meal 3-20 mg
then my shake 55g (intra/pwo)
(the rest of my carbs would come from vegetables in my last 2 meals)
so as you see i put the most carbs in breakfast and my shake
my post workout meal does not contain any complex carbs just vegetables since i am cutting
how many of you would think it best to have the bulk of my carbs
for breakfast
my post workout shake and then my post
workout meal
so again if i shoot for 175 it would be something like
break fast 60g (630am)
pwo shake 60g(415-430pm)
pwo meal 40g (515-530pm)
then the rest meals 2-3 and 5 via vegetables
