Carbofuel on bulk cant get enough calories without it

gonna start eating potatos and more bread then, is it ok to drink carb drink under training instead of water?

Yeah thats fine.

Just be aware most carb drinks contain lots of sugar... the knock on effect of this is an insulin spike that results in fat storage.

I personally would opt for the old fashioned Rice+chicken+ nuts/oil for most meals just until your hitting your calorie requirements.

It might even be worth looking at a digestive enzyme such as ANABOLIC DESIGNS RAVENOUS.
