23yrs, 150lbs, 5-10, 10%BF
2months ago i was with 168lbs, 22% BF
lost 18lbs and 12% as you can see... im about to run my 1st cycle next week, eq/test 400/500mg a week, 10 wks.
well, as you guys can see i need to bulk so bad, but im really worried about BF increase in that cycle 'cause i get fat easily..
So, i've heard about 2g of protein per pound, i have 150lbs right now = 300g daily. BUT: Im planning to gain 20lbs in that cycle.. so is it better to calculate the protein intake by my "final weight"? eg 170lbs = 340g..
And what about the carb intake? just to remember i wanna gain mass, but quality mass.. i dont wanna make a bulk cycle and after one cutting cycle.. i wanna try to combine good gains but keeping my BF low...
how much daily carbs you guys judge necessary for me in that cycle?
