soon starting my first cycle and wanted to clear a few points as far as nutrion


my bmr is about 2300 kcal aday

i thought consuming 3300 cals during my cycle
*i dont wanna gain to much fat!

250 g protein(3 g per kilo!)
350 g carb
100 g fats

what to u thing up the carbs to 400 and down fat to 80 g?

does 3300 kcal ady is enough for a cycle?

does sepertion of carb and fats are realy that important :smash: ?

body tipe i dont know i was very skinny before training

my cycle is sustnion 250
1cc every 5 day
for 7-8 weeks

what do u think does 3300 calories well do the job with minmum fat gain (all clean cals)

So far, your diet looks good. Try increasing the carbs and proteins by 50g each and see what happens. If you make good lean gains, stick with it for two weeks, then increase the carbs and proteins by 50g each again or more depending on the weight you have gained. To be honest, i have never done a cycle before so the your macro-nutrient profile looks good for a natty. On the other hand, people who are on-cycle usually go up to 4000+ Cals, but I think 3300-3500 Cals is decent for your current weight. Don't forget to increase your Cal intake in-proportion to your gains.
As for upping the Cals, build up by 250-300 Cals per week until you reach your target, this might take you three weeks. This way you will minimize fat gain. Hope that helped.
