Diet on cycle very hungry bulking?

Hi people,i want some advices of experiences people like yours.
I am doing my first cycle test e cycle. i am 193 cm 82 kg doing 3630 kcal for bulking 310p 320hc 72 f and i feel hungry.this is 500 kcal of surplus.Would do you stick to this calories or what would do you do?fuck summer i want to get the max gains of this cycle u know dont care much at htis point get more bf just max gains

i think 3630 kcal is a fucking waste of cycle.probably for lean gains but why not just maximize the gains and after cut the fat?cut fat is easy,gain muscle no.

310/320/72 is 3168 cals.. where did you get 3600 cals from??

i have all aliments tracked,the one i dont have the exact values its chicken breadt because i buy from butcher.
I know if i multiply my proteins hc and fat there is like 3240 but my excel counts the total kcal as 3640 kcal

today i added some weight then i completed around 3630 kcal,the other 2 days i was eating like 3200 3300 kcal then this 4 days of the week i will add like 150 kcal of carbs each day for complete.

Then,would do you continue with this kcal?
 
its pretty simple actually.. keep adding calories at 300 daily cal increment till youre gaining 2lbs a week.. weigh yourself same day of every week in a fasted state first thing in the morning..

seems you have a lot of room to add fats.. thats where i would start

okai mate thanks for the advide i will do that an try to gain 2 lbs per week.i track my weight all mondays at the morning.
And i am following your diet advice,i am using 300 proteins but i think that now is enought protein,ant need to add some carbs.And about the grams of fat,i was following 0,9 1gr of fat per kg.What way you follow for fats? should i lower thehc and put more protein and fat?

Hi people,i am on week 7,all is going well.

About pct i was thinking on do

clomid 50-50-25-25
Nolva 40-40-20-20 or 40-20-20-20

And about calories on pct.On 3j guide say that if u bulk keep the calories that u are using but atm i am using 4500 calories imagine if i up on last weeks 5000 and do pct with 5000 calories i will get fat.Isnt better calculate the last day before the pct,the new lbm and add like 200 calories ?
 
I wish I could say cutting fat was easy. It might be easier if I was in my 20s, but since I am pushing close to 50, it is not that easy!

idk,i was doing diet but now i just eat 50-60 protein each food and as much carbs as i can on all food but on the last 2 foods i dont eat carbs, i am eating around 5000 calories and i dont put fat with gear.idk why people do 500 kcals surplus on cycle when u can eat a lot of and u dont put fat then u maximize the gains
