Cardio 2x/day vs 1x/day

What would produce better results in a cut cycle?

Cardio twice a day. Once in the morning, once at night for 30 minutes/session.

OR

Cardio for 1 hour once a day.
 
twice i prefer. anyway... when i can ride by cycle i can stay hours and hours...

if you make it in a easy and funny way you could make cardio all the day.

running at 5 AM

swiming at 2PM

cycle in the evening... why not?
 
then in fact, ther's certainly a lot cardio you can do, and it could be funny to do.

i guess than for some peoples , cardio is boring. and close to the gym cardio seem boring...

I would do it all in the morning or
split in the morning and after your workout.
So if you worked out one day on and one day off

Then on the day of do 60 min of cardio in the morning
On the day you workout , do 30 min in the morning and 30 min after your workout.
