cardio for cutting?

i do cardio 3-4 times a week for 30mins about 70-80%max h.r.is this enough for a cutting cycle? and should my cardio days fall on off days? which is only 3 days btw. i'm on a 4 day lifting cycle.

what should i do,,, oh p.s. i do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
 
I would drop the HR to 65-75% MHR, and up the time to around 45mins or so, depending on your needs.

I would do cardio on non-lifting days, personally.

i agree . also the amount of cardio than be done without loseing muscle mass depends on if your on cycle or not .
 
i'm not on a cycle right now ,,, and i feel like i'm just losing tons of stregth ,,, for example ,, i usually end my bech with 275lbs for 6-8 ,, yesterday i struggled with 4!!!!! WTF!!!! .... is this just oging to happen????? shoud i wait to cut while i'm ON?
 
oh and i'm 5'7" 180lbs about 11-13% bf according to the callipers ,, flexed you can see my top 4 abs. give you an idea.

16.5" arm
24" thighs
17.5" neck
45" chest
14.5" forearms
15" calves !!! SUCKS i know...
